I built a soundbar for my Jeep.
With the Speakers being a gift my total cost was about $11.00.

Started with a cut-out

Made the Back/Top 2 1/2" longer so it will rest right on roll bar.

Now I just need to put it in!!

You should think about putting a couple dome lights in there as well, as long as you still have it off the Jeep

I didnt feel like buying that refueling assistant for $30 for the easy task of holding my plate down. So instead I spent about $3s on a simple chain and hook. No more holding my licenses plate in fear of the spring loaded gas pump being shot out.

New bumper. Cut the ends at an angle and ground smooth and made it bolt on mount to all the holes at the front of the frame, Just one clevis mount this time around.

l.e.d. lighting

fyi- the new g.e. l.e.d. modules that are used in the sign busness are 12v and come in around a dozen colors. they are really small have 2 screw holes and adhesive backing. they are really handy but pretty expensive so make friends witha sign guy.

Bummpers & roofrack

I bought it from a old man that live in rural area far away from the city, and he made the roofrack, the shakles (I know, I need new shakles), the fuel tank skid plate, and both bumpers, the front bumper includes the winch plate and a tow bar... and originally the YJ had manual transmision, so the radiator don't have transmision oil cooler... the oldman put a external radiator for the oil in the bumper too!
Here some pics

Wow I like that steel roof and rear door I'm guessing that top won't come off very often considering how heavy the fiberglass one is!

Asmel, could you take a picture of your troop seats? Are these jump seats in the back?
