I bought mine!! let me know what you think

1994 2.5l ax-5. Got an ok deal ,the frame needs fixed in the rear but nothing I cant do. Here is a teaser pic, more to come when I pic it up. I plan on starting a build thread from day one when I start tearing it down. I am sure I will have plenty of questions for you all as I am totaly new to jeeps and four wheeling. I could sell the doors and make back half for what I paid for it!

My intentions are to fix the frame first then maybe 2.5" rc lift or something like that and maybe 32s or 33s and just beat around in, I like fabbing stuff up so maybe make some bumpers and stuff. I paid $1100 for it but its going to need a lot of time put into the frame its rusted through in the back.

body looks pretty decent. I'd say you got a good deal. And talking him down $700 on a $1800 vehicle is pretty good too!

Good deal, congratulations!
If you lived closer I'd trade you doors. Mine have chrome handles to match the chrome grill. If'n y'all wanna' trade (Buckeye for "if you would like to trade, lived in Ohio for 7 years), let me know. We can do the UPS thing.
Why don't you want the full doors? You live in snow country.

Something is also wrong with the rear end after about ten mintutes of driving it will start to make a friction created noise in the rear and you can feel a resistance pulling the jeep to a stop. The guy pulled the cover I bought it off of and said there are no visual failurs with the spiders and the ring, He said the jeep did just get new brakes all around and maybe they need adjusted in the back or something. Any ideas?

never really noticed anything, but I think the sound is coming from the diff so that throws out it being the brakes.
