Howell TBI issue

have been getting some hesitation lately in my 258 with Howell TBI..

started all of a sudden with no changes or mods.. Jeep would seem as if it was hesitating at higher RPMs...

got a code 44... O2 lean

swapped o2... no change
fuel filter... no change

Fuel pressure at TB is right around 12 PSI... low on the normal spectrum..
so at this point im assuming i have a low FP issue...

any thoughts?

I'm not sure at all. Just giving you more to think about, are the injectors working properly?

Vacuum leak. Also, fuel pressure sounds too low.
418 miles on 19 gallons of gas. Can't beat the BBD !
