I'm not sure about a sawzall I just used a 4 1/2" grinder with a cutting disk on my U-bolts. Went through like butter. My dewalt grinder only cost me 60 bucks from amazon.com. I haven't had a single problem with it and I bought it two years ago!

I used a harbor frieght $10 grinder with a cutoff wheel, worked wonders.

I spent $110 at HF on Saturday. They have some big clearance sale thing going on for another week. A bunch of crap is marked down. It's a lot of good crap to leave in your rig toolbox. Not the expensive stuff, just in case it gets stolen. Got a torque wrench for like $15, and 29 steel drill bits for $10. Along with a bunch of other crap.

if yoiu got a new box of blades your sawzall will do just fine. but if you got the Doe get the grinder if not get blades for the sawzall and go to town.

Hey atomicmoose, i was checkin out your light set up and i actually just purchased a set of those lights you have mounted on your windsheild. how'd you clamp them onto your window frame down by the hinges?? i was hopin i could mount the lights there along with some side view mirrors so i could leave my doors off. any suggestions?

well, that ain't my rig, but you can get brackets that mount to the windshield hinge, that will allow you to mount lights like that guy did.

I can't wait till the new/used T-case and SYE/Driveshaft gets here and I can get rid of that Skyjacker T-case Drop. it just looks stupid.

by the way its not perfectly flat ground, but you get the idea.

And yes the front TJ flares will be coming soon, but its not a functional demand at this point it would be purely aesthetic.
