sorry for the interuption

Sorry guys, just bought a 95 wrangler with a 4 cylinder, besides the lack of power from this engine. Are there any other concerns about the automatic/ 4 cylinder combo? Any common probs for this year Heep?... sorry again , and thanks

Your posting in the wrong thread, you'll get more help if you start a new thread or do a search. Loads of great info on here already posted by the guru's.

Introduce yourself as a newbie and people won't be long in telling you to put a 6 banger in there!

This is one of my favourite jeeps yet, love it! I think those 33's look perfect under there, some may disagree and say 35's will fit no probs, but I think no need. Also, what did you do to your underbody? is that some protectant or just paint? Black and Red is such a great combo, can't wait to do similar to mine...

Thanks for the compliments man, it's honestly been a long road for me to get it even to where it is there which is not much compared to some peoples rigs. I'd love to go to 35's if I had the chance and actually plan to do it sometime in the far future but unfortunately before that will come new axles, regearing as well as a motor upgrade considering I'm only running the stock 4 banger.

As far as the underbody goes it's just paint. Maintenance is one of my top priorities. Anytime I see a hint of surface rust it gets a coat of paint. It is in amazing condition for being 16 years old and I try my best to keep it that way.

What do I need?

I have a 91 Yj, and a 1.5" shackle lift kit. I want to put 33"s on my jeep. how much lift in a lift kit do I need to be able to do this. I want to put a 3.5 in black diamond lift on. Would that be enough? Would I have to change gears or do anything else other than just strapping the new lift kit on? What would be involved in putting 35"s on?
