How to take off mirrors

Does anybody know how to take these kind of mirrors off. I have cj mirrors on now and don't need these kind

yes the lower part of the plastic pops off the door and there should be 2 torx screws behind it

I know I had CJ style, not those, but I used a tree on the drivers side to remove the mirrors and a tall rock on the passenger side... :- )
