how much damage?

hey, i've still been searchin for a k5 blazer for my 350 swap, found a 1989 w/ a 350 tbi, 50K miles...http://charlotte.craigslist.org/car/416820427.html although the truck hit a telephone pole doin about 35mph...how much damage do you think was caused to the motor? any opinions on it would be greatly appreciated.

Hard to tell from the pics. But all the damage looks like its in the front corner.
The full size chevys have a lot of extra room under the hoods in the corners so i would be surprised if it even touched the motor.

im thinkin about givin the guy a call, maybe i could talk him down a bit...from the pic it doesn't look like it hit too hard b/c the front wheels don't look messed up.

I'd grab that up man. Even if you do not get to use the motor for some reason, you could get back what you have into it by parting etc.
