Wow, just read the specs from your website on your 91. Dang, you've done a lot of mods! Nice rig.

How about this one for the most I've heard...401,000+ miles on the 2nd CJ7 that was built (prototype). He was at the EJS on the Rubicon run and the The guy driving it says it is mostly original, but the motor has been replaced with a custom 400. And by the way, the driver is the owner of the vehicle and he is the inventor of the CJ7 and is STILL an engineer at Jeep. Sorry, don't recall his name.

Miles

I've got a 92 YJ with 181,000, orig. engine, one tranny rebuild 5,000 miles ago. Running well, but I'm rebuilding the engine soon before it goes to save some cash.

Better to have and not need, than to need and not have.

His name is Steve. Don't remember his last name. At the time of EJS, I worked for Brad Kilby at www.onboardair.com and we got to do a lot of wheeling with the jeep engineers, including steve in his CJ. Its not a 400, its a 401.... We set him up with onboardair for his CJ.. Its one sweet CJ.. I got to look at it all day every day for a week Talk about cool... And the best part was, he wheeled the thing hard!

169,000 just took out the 4 banger last night. The only reason it went was I put that bars leak in the radiator and it REALLY phawked everything up.

Overheated to the MAX!

177,200 just rolled last week, I honestly didnt think the engine had much life in it left, but i was wheeling and sucked in some water, thought i messed it up really bad, but i did a complete overhaul, drained every fluid, and now it runs like its got 50k miles on it!! just gotta get this lil fuel situation figured out
