How many times do you turn the engine over for a compression test.

I watch the Gauge on the tester and it pumps up in 2 or 3 rev. and then levals off. I give it a couple more to see if it will go any higher then stop. Take the reading and release the presure.

2X on davsyjdd, what ever you do REMOVE the COIL WIRE first. One of my friends ended up with a singed eyebrow and half a mustache doing a compression test.
