How do I identify my automatic transmission?

I tried the search with no luck... So how do I identify the automatic transmission in my 1992 Wrangler 4.0L? It shows to different transmission's, 727 and another I can't recall. I believe I have a 3spd automatic. Thanks for the help.

Using Google, type in TF999 and look at the images. Or read this. http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f12/y...-specs-563403/

Its a tf999. That is the auto that came in our 6 cylinder jeeps. There was a change to some little parts but its still a tf999. The 727 is the old one in the cj jeeps. My 87 is a tf999 and so was my wife's 93.
