Carter BBd to Holley 2 barrel carb swap possible?

I have a 90 Jeep Wrangler with the stock BBD carb on it and want to change it out since I have a Holley 2 barrel carb already and wondered if this switch is possible and how it can be done? Thanks for your replies

I recently did that conersion on my 4.2. You will need the Mr. Gasket Rochester 2bbl to holley 2bbl conversion adapter. The largest air cleaner you can run is a 10 inch diameter before hitting the brake booster. The throttle linkage needs to be cut and turned 180 degrees to make up to the ball studs, i did this by cutting the rod threading and using a threaded rod coupler nut. the throttle lever on the carburetor needs to be drilled and fitted with a ball stud which is a holley part. you can eliminate all of the emissions hardware. The holley carburetor is easily tuned with jets and power valves. my jeep runs much better since I eliminated th junk carter carburetor. Its a worthwile conversion and the cost is less than the weber conversion. If you need more help email me .
