Highway rpm with 258, factory size street tires and stock 3.07 gears?

I was wondering at what rpm range a stock 258 powered yj with 3.07 gears runs at highway speeds (60-70...please state what speed and rpms ) My logic behind this is that right now i have 31's with stock gears and 5th gear accellerates slowly and never gets past 1800 rpms at 65(bout top speed in 5th gear depending on the wind lol ), but 4th gear goes up to about 2500 rpms at 65 and accelerates easily of couse. well i am goin to 33s and am going to change gears eventually but was wonderin if now 4th gear would be at about the right rpms so id like to compare to a stock yj.
thanks

compared to my jeep which is the same 258 and 3.07 gears but I only run 215/75/r15 wheels for now I check my speed a few minutes ago and your setup is right in the stock range so I wouldn't worry about that

At speeds from 60 to 70 my rpm was 2000 rpm and with my 32's i was running 60 to 70mph at 2500. tip: if you need to accelrate fast to change lanes or to go faster put it back in 4th gear. it doesn't hurt the tranny I was told from a Jeep mechanic that 3rd 4th and 5th gear can go up to 3000 rpm before needing to shift
