A dropped pitman arm simply isn't enough, i've got a drop pitman arm WITH my high steer kit and this allowed me to bolt my skid plate directly to the frame, I have no spacers (transfer case drop)what-so-ever...

Although the rocky road kit is expensive as heck... it was worth every single penny in my case... I love it to death, wouldn't give it up for anything.
but i have 11" lift do you think this bracket will gonna work with me?

Absolutly, like I said, mine is better than stock right now... 11" of lift wont be a problem for this kit, it puts your entire tierod above your leaf springs. If you REALLY really really were worried about it, you could easily make yourself a plate to go between the knuckle and the bracket... I know you said your not really into fabrication too much, but it would be pretty easy processess bolting a rectangle plate to lift the bracket up even further.

Again, I would say that the rocky road outfitters lift will easily handle 12" of lift... Any more than that, and I think you would hit issues, but 11" really shouldn't be a problem. You will however, have to fabricate a bracket for the steering stableizer.

I'm telling you man, its worth every penny, with tax shipping and handling you get the beefier tierod with the huge aftermarket tie rod ends and end up with $525.00 almost exactly... I know its expensive, but as soon as I purchased this kit, every one of my YJ buddies got the same one.

Go for it, you wont be disapointed! If your too nervious about it, I suggest looking for a high pinion dana 44, there were a few available that had the steering knucle tie rod mount at the top... But this kit is definatly the way to go.

The only other thing I would advise you worry about, is what tires you are running with your 11" of lift. Anything bigger than 40's is too rediculous for the Dana 30... I run 36" tires with my 8" lift and dont have any issues, but you will be wasting your money throwing doughnuts like 44's on your heep dana 30.

He has an 11" lift... A drop pitman arm will only recover about an inch and a half of that. As for replacing ONE OR BOTH KNUCKLES... The Rocky Road Highsteer Kit comes with both, the reason you would want both, is because it completely lifts the tie rod and drag link above your leaf springs. Which is amazing because rocks will never again have access to your tierod before going through your leaf springs and entire front axle.

Now, Just replacing the Passanger side is fine, Tereflex makes a complete passanger side replacement kit HOWEVER its still pricy and still leaves your tierod half a foot above ground.

For someone with 8+ inches of lift, moving ALL of the stearing geometry north is the best idea... In my opinion at least and all of the other 8+ lift runners around where I live would agree.

The rocky road kit is great, but there are thousands of Jeepers out there running the JB4X4 bracket with no problem. Half of what your saying here has no relevance to the mans question.

I noticed when I put my 35's on that I had a little more steering slop than I wanted with pretty much the exact setup as you have. I ordered the JB4X4 bracket and it works very well for my setup. That rocky road setup I have seen on multiple rigs on here and it looks like a very complete setup for a decent price as well. I used a factory pitman arm with the JB4X4 bracket and drag link this is it at max flex

You may need to have it shipped to someone in the states who could then ship to you.
