high idle

I am having an issue with my jeep idling at 1200-1500 rpm. The idle adjustment screws are almost all the way out and there are no apparent vaccumn leaks, is there anything else I should look at or do

The idle screws you are playing with are the idle mixture screws. These adjust the idle mixture not the idle rpms.
Look on the side of the carb you will find a single rpm adjustment screw there.

Look for a vaccumn leak.

Do a smoke test on your vaccum system. If it's idling like that all the time you have a big leak somewhere.
