hey when you did your v-8 swap did you have to change your drive shafts??? im planning on using my stock t-case bcuz i dont offroad HEAVILY bcuz its a daily driver, but alot of people are saying i will have to change them, i was also planning on 2" lift helper springs or overlaods whatever you call them, and if i did that with a shackle lift would they need lengthened -- the shafts, i just know you have the 8 and i saw what a 3" lift on your profile?? i am not sure hope you can answer these...

well the drive lines all depend on if putting the v8 in changes the position of your tranny and case. if it will move it forward or back a little. thats all that it would matter if you need new drive lines or not. the drive lines that are on the jeep right now sould be able to handle the power just fine. it would only depend on if the t case was still in the exact same place as it was befor the swap to the v8

ya thats right. If you have the same measurment from moter mount to tranny mount from both the stock motor and new motor. or if the new motor is just slitly longer since your lifing your jeep then you sould be fine.
