help power steering pulley
i did a motor swap this weekend in my 87 yj i replaced it with a 4.2 and it lookks like thats what i took out . the new motor runs a v belt system which is two belts the old one ran serpatine ineed to change the pulley on the power steering pump it has the serpatine pulley where can i find one i tried all the local parts store nothing please help

Probably the only option is a junk yard. Or try the wants board.

I have two different sizes from sag pumps. What size are you hunting for?

i dont know the axact size i have one of the pumps with resvoir built in and i need the pulley for 90 yj factory motor i guess i dont know what size i need to figure out outside dimension or stem shaft please help

You probably have the sag pump: Black, looks like canned ham?
Just measure the shaft bore, length. They do make different depths of pullies so you may have to check the local boneyard several times to get it to line up right. Or hit up advance auto and tell them the year and make of the vehicle that the motor came out of and they can probably ship in a pulley for you. |
