The only way that I know of getting them is to buy a whole hardware kit which are $250 + on Quadratec. Maybe someone else will know otherwise.

'94 YJ: 4.0L HO fi, 5-speed AX-15, Daystar 1.25" shackles, 17" JK wheels, lined tub, custom paint, Bestop Supertop, etc..
'88 YJ: 4.2L carb, 5-speed, stock everything. Banana-ish yellow. hard top. 26,XXX original miles.

Have seen several sets lately on craigs list. For 100 bucks you got those, and all the rest of the OEM soft top hardware (bows, door surrounds, etc).

418 miles on 19 gallons of gas. Can't beat the BBD !

Qtec used to sell the individual components for soft top replacement. I've seen them listed within the last year anyway. Might want to check there, they weren't incredibly expensive.

EDIT: here ya go....

yepp the two bent ones in the second pic are for the half doors. I don't think I have any other pieces then what I took a pic of but I'll double check tomorrow. If you want anything there I'll be happy to work out a price.
