I'm not home right now, but I think the small crappy quality picture is making it hard to see what I'm showing. Ill post back in a little while with a better picture and how exactly do I check the relays?

If your horn works, you can swap your horn relay into the other slots... I don't think it is a relay issue, but it is a free way to eliminate them as an issue.

I'm kind of having the same problem right now. I have a 94 yj with the 2.5 5 speed manual and I'm getting lights on my gauges but it won't crank and I can't hear the fuel pump prime like I usually can. And none of the gauges are working either. Any ideas?
