Help! 4x4 is slipping

Hey all,

I did a homemade posi lock setup for the front of my 92 wrangler with the AX-15 and I6. It worked like a champ for awhile, and now I have a problem...its been snowing here, and when im driving in 4x4, the front end feels like it either slips out of 4x4 or locks up for a split second. Makes it feel like the front tires stop for a second. Any ideas?? Do I need to make an adjustment where the cable enters the disconnect? Im stuck and gotta get it sold!!

either the cable needs and adjustment and has possibly stretched over time, or your shift fork is worn out and needs to be replaced.
