Help

Hi, im having some troubles getting my driver side full hard door to fit, ive tried adjusting the hinges with no success, and the passenger side fits fine, after two days of mucking with it, i decided to measure the body where the door fits in to, on the passenger side i got 2' 11". In width. And on the driver side i measured it out at 2' 10" 7/8. So im missing about an eight inch of space on my driver side. How can i fix this?

Where is it not fitting ? Can you take some pictures. Are the hinges worn at I know my door on the driver side drops 1/8" due to a worn lower hinge. Have you tried adjusting the striker. What about the windshield angle

Ill take some pics and post em in the morning, but the door isn't fitting to the bottom of the "tub"? Pretty much the bottom of the door isn't lining up. The windshield does seem to be too vertical, but I can't seem to be able to pull it back. I have loosened the safety screw on the top of the roll bar but I can't get it to go back further than it is. And these measurments are coming from the width between just under the hindge for the windshield, to just under striker. A dreaded thought that occured to me was "could the body on the driver side be bent? Thus not allowing the door to properly fit?
