header question for 87 YJ

Does anyone have experience with Headers for an 87 YJ automatic?

I am thinking of going this route, and I want to know if I will see better gas mileage and maybe a little better performance.

My driving is 95% highway, and I have a list of crap I need to buy - so if the header isn't going to make any real change in my truck then I'll press on with other stuff I need. By the way, I have 95k miles on the truck.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Currently have Webber carb and Juice box and running 31 inch tires.

thanks,
Mike
