Has anyone used vht nite shades?

Wanted to blackout my lens covers just wanted to know if anyone has used VHT nite shades, which is a spray on paint used to tint lens covers. Im not looking for the pimped out look so save the negative comments, just want the black yj to be blacked out all around...thanks

I used to se it several yrs ago. Works pretty good. Use several very light coats and do not let it run!
Be careful it will turn out darker than you think it will!

i tryed using it with no luck. it actually made sort of streaks. luckily i did it on an old tail light lense to try it out. maybe i didnt do it right, but the point im getting at, is i would test it on something you can find laying around, and then on your good lenses.

You better check with the local law and see if it is ok. I hate to see the blue/red lights come on behind me.

I tinted my lights with it... I believe my profile pic shows it... never had any probles w da cops in ny lol... I think it looks good... however be careful since the stock yj lights are not real bright as it is, I used 4 coats and they are not the brightest in the daylight... I need to buy new lenses to redo them just havnt had the time or money... lol

dont use it on the headlights lol... I had a vr6 jetta that I tinted the headlights on... that was one of my dumber ideas

Thanks for replies I'm gonna hit the local pick n pull and get an extra set of lens covers and paint them to see if I like it. Like I said I'm not a fan off the whole 50 cent G ride so if it looks ghetto its not going on my YJ.

I used it on some of the reflectors on my bike. I did a couple quick, light coats. Turned out darker than I wanted, but it looks decent.

I changed out my lights with the round LED's so they are super bright, then i painted them, didnt use the stuff your talking about. I used clear coat and black paint, but with the LED's is still super super bright and looks dang good.
