Has anyone tried 1973-87 Chevy front 4" lift springs?

Has anyone tried them on their SOA setup?

A few years back I went SOA using stock YJ rear leafs at all for corners. On the last wheeling trip last year I bent both front springs and one rear spring, although it was still drivable I did not wheel it anymore and just drove it back and forth to work. That is till the 4 banger puked parts. Now I have a 5.2 sitting between the frame rails and dual exhaust getting ready to be put on. Once its one I will not have room for the antiwrap bar anymore.

While at a buddies tonight helping him lift his Chevy truck I noticed the front springs were about the same length as Jeep springs and when the weight of the truck was put on them the springs set close to flat like Jeep springs and will most likely sit flat once they are broke in. Since they are made for a truck they are already made for an SOA set up, I checked and they are roughly
1 1/2" longer and the same width, and as a bonus already engineered to hold the weight of a V8.

I am thinking of trying them but at $320 buck for 4 packs I figured I would see if anyone on here have tried them yet.

I ordered 4 inch packs if they are too much then I will either remove a spring or get stock front springs.
