Has anybody ever heard of this

89 YJ, runs and drives like a new Jeep, Except when I shut it off, everything goes off like it should, then about 30 seconds later, the Seat Belt light and the Parking Brake light (if its set) come on really dim.
If it sits overnight, it pulls the battery down. The other day, I could hear a slight buzzing sound coming from around the fuse box. Also, when this problem started, my turn signals quit working.

Anybody got any ideas where to start ?

Your grounds. Mine did that and the smaller of the two ground wires that connect to the battery had fallen out. Check those i betcha that will fix it. (I also lost my headlights and cd player)

I get a weird beep every time I turn the Jeep off. beep beep beep then nothing. But I think my noise is the radio the PO installed.

My problem stopped just as sudden as it started, I still don't know what caused it.

Bad grounds. Not many sensors / computers in our dash (nearly none, sans CEL). Must be a bad ground. Check the ground cables like sdotcarter suggested.
