Just a heads up, I have made one out of Plexiglas from home depot. I used my old/broken one to trace an outline and cut it out with a dremel. If I were to do it again id use a jig saw and a dremel to clean up. My Dremel got super hot from all the cutting.

Heres a link to what I used. (I dont remember mine being that expensive. I think I spent around $70.) Good Luck!

So an update on my rear window situation. I'm not the OP but he has the same problem I do. I went to my local machine shop and he took measurements. He is cutting me out a frame for it and I will be using 1/4" Plexiglas in it. I picked up some hinges from the local lumber yard. Still thinking of ideas for a latch/lock. I will do a write up with pics next week or so.

If I read right, the guy is looking for the fiberglass bars that sandwich the glass at the bottom end of the hatch... where the lift struts attach and some tops have the t-handle knob. I'd take the guy up on the $125 deal... just the glass will cost 170 unless you find it used like that, I paid 150 for my replacement back hatch. If you want cheaper I'll sell you the fiberglass bars for $30+shipping and you can put them together with plexi (should be held shut by the tailgate like normal so no latch)... or cheaper yet you can just go with the plexi and lumber store hinges
