I would say no.

Yjs have a larger body than Cjs.

The answer is not, not without modifications... And Pasinbuy you mean TJs not CJs. A 2000 would be a TJ.

I guess, I could swear that I read he wanted to put a Cj top on a Yj. - Jimmy89Yj did you do a edit? Tell me I am not going nuts.

That is why I stated that the body is smaller.

Maybe dyslexia is hitting me. To many hangovers in my life!

I swear the original post stated that he saw a CJ hard top on Craiglist and wanted to know if it would fit his Yj.

i just saw that someone on Craigslist wanted to trade a hard top for a softtop and i have been wanting to actually rid myself of the hardtop so that i could buy a softtop. seemed like a win win. i just didn't know if my hardtop would fit his tj.

A CJ hardtop will fit a YJ and vis versa with very minimal if any work. I had a CJ top on mine at one point.

But no, the TJ top is not a direct fit.

You did edit your original post!

Otherwise how would I know that you saw a hard top on craiglist. Not cool to edit your original post it makes the people that answer you look bad like what you did to me. If you want to change what you stated in the first post just reword it in another post or show that you edited it by writing "Edit:: then your change under your first post, always keep the original post.

Why would you state that you did not edit when you really did edit. Do you think you will be punished?
