Halo Headlight installation

I purchased the halo headlights from ebay. They came with no instructions.
So after I figured this out it might help some of you.
They are plug and play with no extra except the halo part of the wireing.
install like regular headlights
then the 4 extra wires at the bottom of headlight .. 2 red cupped together and 2 white cupped together.
to hook these up. crimp some new red wire on the red wires and fish it to the parking light plug harness and crimp on to the red/blue wire.
add extra wire to the white wires and ground this wire to the grounding screw already there on the back of the headlight housing. Do the same thing for the other headlight. Hope this helps. This is for a YJ 91. parking light wire colors. on the parking light harness at the parking light. to find the correct wire just take the two screw out of the parking light in the front and pull the light out and find the red/blue wire and hook up to it. They look great. They glow blue with the parking lights on and also blue with the headlight on.

It would be awesome if you can have some day/night pictures. I have been looking at these and they look like they would be sick to have and this info is great. Thanks

Here is the halo on with the parking lights only. With the headlights it is hard to see the blue.

Here is a picture with the headlights on. Hard to get a good shot with a camera, the blue almost disapears.

brighter

They are definialy brighter than the old stock ones.
TIP; After researching the inexpensive ebay halos on ebay and else where, one thing was suggested. Before you install them seal the glass rim, on the edges with RTV sealer to make sure there is an tight waterproof seal. Seems from the forums that leakage is an issure on these aftermarked H4's.
So when you first get them seal them where the glass meets the plastic.
I did and let them dry a day them installed them.
There was no wattage listed in the ebay add and nothing on the box or unit itself, so I am assuming they are just reg. wattage, but that still beats the old halogen stock headlights that had moisture in them also. What do you expect for 16 bucks plus shipping.
