got a dent, need some advice

I have a dent in my tailgate of my 95 yj, it was hit at the base of the spare tire and the tire carrier pushed in on the tailgate. Has anybody else had this problem? Whats the cheapest fix?

95 Wrangler with a 2.5, 31 in mtr's, Looking to go BDS 3.5.

Happened to me as well. When i bought my Jeep it had the dent (previous owner must have backed into something). Every time I hit a bump the tailgate would make a clanking noise. After months i got tired of it and bent it back using a come-a-long hooked to the spare tire holder and a tree. I bent it back until it was straight and it dosent make noise anymore.
