Gnarly rattle coming from engine

I have this rattle that has been getting progressively louder over the past couple weeks. It goes away in 3rd gear at about 1500 rpms. It's really audible at idle from the cab. Water pump is about 3 years old. Taurus fan installed. Nothing else has been touched. Jeep has about 133k. I'm thinking it might be my timing chain slapping the cover but I'm not sure. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I took a video with my IPhone but I don't know how to load it.
