This is posted in the wrong forum, and no, they dont get you more flex. Your flex is still limited by the length of the shocks. Thats why when you lift the suspension you buy longer shocks. You would have been better off buying cheap shocks of the right length instead of buying the shock extenders.

If it has tracks, tires or tits, its gonna cause a problem.

if you read what i said i'll tell you what im doing , my front shocks are 3 inchs short because my lift , and im not spending $100 on shocks when this extention are only $16, screw to the top of the shock , and what do you get 3 1/2 inchs , so now insteed of my shock being fully open and stoping my wheel from droping all the way , now they open 3 1/2 more inchs so my wheel can drop meaning FLEX so im right you do get flex with these ,

They simply allow the same amount of flex as a stock suspension, thus negating the additional flex you get when you lift the jeep. If your a mall crawler, then this would be of no difference to you. If you hit the trails, you will quickly find that the shocks are to short and will be limiting your suspension as lift springs will allow for more travel. You have essentially neutered your suspension lift. If that works for you then great. But don't expect it to flex as well as if you had the right shocks.

To help you visualize this point, I have roughly 6" lift on mine. if I had stock shocks with 6" brackets on them, this amount of flex would not be possible...

x2 it is alot but I just love it when people post pics of their flex while using a fork lift, go out, get it dirty, find a big rock or even a tree and give it hell!
