Gear ID

Does anyone know of a chart for Dana/spicer gears for that I can use to cross-ref part numbers. I just pulled my pinion gear and I want to verify the gear ratio. Stamped on the pinion shaft is the following.

Dana 40362 D3
RB V1L151 41 9

This is out of a high pinion dana 30 axle (YJ front axle). Thanks.

My question was answered on another list, so I thought I would share this little tid bit.

From this number, RB V1L151 41 9. Divide 41/9, and your number comes out to 4.55555555555555555555555555555556, or in other words 4.56. It just goes to show you learn something new every day . Anyway, I thought it was neat.

Interesting. Was 4.56 the factory ratio? I found this little map of stampings for the Dana 30

The factory ratio was 4.10 for the 4 cylinder models and 3.07 for the 6er's. I have seen some 95 6er's that had ratio tags stamped with 3.55 although I've never had anyone confirm if they came with that low of a gear. Could be a good little topic
