Gap between door and windshield
I went to put the full doors on last weekend only to find there is a gap between the door and windshield frame at the top (like a V shape). Is this just a case that the hinges need to be adjusted? I would have messed with it more, but I was doing this while I was home sick, and didn't have the energy to mess with it.

Unfortunatly, I don't have a digital camera anymore, had to give it back when I quit my last job.
It seems like the door is sitting correctly at the lower portion of the window, but then as it goes towards the top of the frame the angle widens to probably close to 3/4". I'm a little surprised, they're off a CJ, so they should fit correctly.

I know what you mean, I had the same problem. Turns out the roll bars over the door (from the hoop to the windshield) had slipped a bit and got longer. So I took the lower plates off the windshield and loosened the bolts on the bars. I closed the doors and while standing on the seat, pulled the windshield back, till it was flush with the doors. Then tightened the bolts and replace the windshield plates. Problem solved.

I actually just got doors and a top too, yeah it would be nice if there weren't any gaps around the doors, but do the bars that connect the hoop to the windshield have any sort of bolts at the hoop side????? I can't tell because of sound bar

the bars are in two pieces, a long shaft that attaches to the windshield that slides over a stub bolted to the hoop. There is a torx bolt on top of the bar on the hoop side, that is what you would need to loosen to adjust the length.

same problem, the bolts in the roll bar above your head, like ^^^ he said, however he did leave out that they are those wonderful TORX I beleive a 50, or 45, and they are the non stealable kind with the knob in the middle so you will have to go buy a new set of torx for them, LOL..... GOD DAMN THINGS, I took those out and replaced them with regulare bolts....oh and you have to take the top off to get the Torx out....LOL,
dont you love jeeps

Or you can get a good set of vise grips, remove the torx, and then use a hex bolt. Worked for me. Saves the tropuble of buying more torx bits. That is of course after an hour of cursing. Oh the joys of Torx.

Vise grips LOL I had to use an electric impact on mine to get them to move.....and even then the bolt I think is longer tehn the gap between the bar and the top....
