Full Steel Door Repairs

Was wondering how (not if cause I know other ppl have the same problem) some of you fixed this problem.

My YJ has full steel doors, the drivers side glass frame has came loose near the rear of the door, it's still usable it just shakes.... and whisles while riding down the road. You know the area where they all break and being to crack the door itself.

It looks like you could weld, put a screw in or something to fix this but I just have not found the best way to do it.

Any ideas suggestions??

Sand it clean of everything (paint, primer, sealer, rust) and take it to a welder in town. Have him Tig it back together. I think that would be the best route, unless you know how to Tig yourself and have a welder.

Or even get alittle piece of metal (1/4-1/2" wide, 1/16" thick and have him weld that like a brace holding the two together. It would be pretty small and would not be noticeable with just a glance. It would also be stronger than it is now and would probably fix this problem permently

I had the same problem with my YJ's drivers side door.
A couple of minutes with my mig welder and some touchup paint - done.
