In that case, a little surgery with the grinder should solve your problem. I'm betting a combination of grinding a little flat spot into that top part, and enlarging the bolt holes will get it working!

Doors have been fixed. All it took was some minor adjustments to the hinges. Now they fit fine. Next phase is getting the doors back into shape by pulling one dent out in the inside of the door, welding the window frame and bottom of door together (didn't see this when I bought them..ugh), replacing some of the door rubber seals, waxing and buffing the doors to bring the shine back to life and using a lot of WD40 to make the rolling up and down of the windows easier. Looks like I probably should have paid the 1000 and avoided all of this other stuff.
