Fuel soaked fouled plugs no start

Ok, My nieces 92 yj 4 cyl, about every week or two will not start in the morning and when we pulled the plugs wires and plugs the first time they were soaked in gas and fouled badly so we replaced the plugs and it started right up and then did it again a week or two later the exact same thing gas soaked plugs and black as could be, we put another set of plugs in to move it but apparently this has a bigger problem than just old bad plugs. Anyone have any idea where to start? Possibly the Fuel Pressure Regulator or somewhere else, I'm kinda stumpted here any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check for codes then see if you are getting spark. Check the fuel pressure. What does the air filter look like?

Do what they said. I was just posting and they beat me to it. Make sure to check the fuel pressure after you shut the Jeep off to see if you are leaking by any injectors.
