Fuel Sending Unit Bolts Missing

Help! Somehow I lost the bolts for my sending unit.

Does anyone know the size of the bolts that hold the fuel sending unit to the tank. This is for a 93YJ with the 20gal tank.

Thanks.

There's a whole bunch of the same size bolts holding the pump/sending-unit combination into the fuel tank, take one of them out and you'll be able to see what you need.

Are you sure it's the "sending unit" you've lost your bolts to? You can't see these bolts with the tank in place, where is this piece located? Could you be refering to the fuel filter (against the frame, by the drivers side rear shock)?

I had taken to whole sending unit out to change the internal filter and clean the tank. When I went back to replace the unit I found I have lost the bolts. These have been out for sometime as I am doing a complete rebuild. I know call me dumb but I just can't find the old bolts.

Shake the tank. Do you hear any rattling?

Post which bolts are missing, and if I have something spare I'll check on the size.

I'm missing the bolts that hold the sending unit/ pump assembly to the tank. They bolt into the tank itself.

Thanks for any help.
