Do the poly tank swap with any post 91 yj. The fuel pumps are the same for the 2.5 and the 4.0. You can find the tanks and pumps for usually under $100 dollars and its a bolt in.

Dont forget the fuel lines if you are going from the 4.2L to the 4.0L

I went with the 91-95 stock fuel pump/sender unit. It keeps the installation clean and simple. I went to a salvage yard and asked if they could put out a call on their parts locator network.
After I received my packages, I took note of one of the suppliers labels. The fuel pump/sender unit assy. came from Brock Supply

Here is a pic that I took for the sending unit comparisons. You can see one of the shipping box labels/tape with the info. You might try here.

Of course it requires the use of the 20 gallon Poly tank, (if you don't have one already) but this is a great upgrade while you're under there. It is a good idea to replace the fuel lines with high pressure fuel injection hose, it is available at any reputable parts store.

Car-part.com or craigslist. No problem finding a whole used one from someone parting out a YJ
