fuel injection?

i am about to rebuild a 4.2 enigine for a friend if mine. it is an 88 model carbuerated engine. the plan is to bore it .030 over, port & polish and shave the head, a performance cam and lifters, and fuel injection. what is the best way to swap to fuel injection on this engine... factory swap or aftermarket?

Don't bother messing with the head. Put a 4.0 ho head on it.

The efi is going to take alot of investigating, what you want etc. etc... Kits are avail as well, but pricey.
