fuel filter change

I have a 92 yj and the rubber hose that is going from the fuel line to the fuel filter is letting gas seep out. I got a new filter, clamps and hoses. My question is I read to release the fuel pressure, I read have the jeep running and pull out the fuel pump relay. The thing is I don't have the manual, so I don't know what is the relay...any help please?

Turn the jeep off.
Disconnect the batt
Get a rag that you can place between the valve cover and fuel rail.
Take a flat head screwdriver and depress the valve on the fuel rail, looks like a valve stem connection.
Be prepared for the rag to catch whatever gas comes out.
Now your system is depressurized.

x2. The fuel rail is the long fuel lines above the intake and exhaust manifolds. just look for the valve stem think and press it down... engine off first.
