Hi Jmet87yj,
Welcome to the forums. You'll find a lot of useful help on here, but first take your time and type out what your problem is with as much information as possible. Also, and I swear I'm not a grammar Nazi, taking the time to type clearly will increase the odds of someone responding to your post.

Now to your problem, what is the history of your YJ? Did you just buy it or did this just start to happen? Also what have you done so far?

I have had it about a year. and the problem started about 2 months ago.I have replaced the fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, distributor, distributor cap, an crank sensor. And also the motor had just been rebuilt when i bought the jeep

Does it change when it is hot/cold? The Big issue with air fuel is the O2 sensor and coolant temp sensor. The other possible issue is the O2 sensor reading is being thrown off by air getting into the exhaust from a loose bolt or crack on the exhaust manifold. The other potential issue would be a bad injector, or the pressure regulator is bad causing your fuekl pressure to run high. The most common is the O2 sensor and where you should start.

Ok thanks it does hot or cold. I will check all those an repost afterwards..but before i start were bouts is the fuel pressure regulator

If it does it when it is cold then the place to start is the temp sensor and test fuel pressure. Here is the best thread for it:

Look at the bleed down time too. You should read 14 psi. When you turn it off it should stay above 14 psi for 20 minutes or so.

FSM helps. Thy these:
