Front End Clicks, Skips, Pops.
My 92 YJ occasionally feels like the front axle skips or slips when pulling hard in 4wd. I think the vacuum motor or fork is not engaging my front axle completely, and it skips. Anyone out there w/ or has had this problem? Or could it be something else? This does not sound or feel healthy, and would like to get it taken care of before I really muck something up.

The steering wheel also jerks just a little when it happens.

sounds like the vacuum disconnect may have a leak....
