Found this hanging from my Yj Today

I walked out to find this hose hanging from my Jeep today, it is under the right rear side of the Jeep...It looks like it starts somewhere up by the gas tank but not quite sure. Anyone have any clue what it is and where it goes, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where is that, where do I plug this back into. The rubber almost looks like it snapped.

That's because it's definitely busted. You're going to have to replace it, you should see the broken off end up in the fender still.

rollover valve. goes from the tank vent up to the charcoal canister

Two parts needed; valve (white) and connector (black rubber). I have read where some have used a pcv valve instead, but where gas fumes are concerned I think I will stick with the right parts.

dealer part #'s

valve = J5360058 $8.85
connector = 53004047 $24.25
