It's all xj's and some zj's iirc. And I believe they're 1310 and your driveshaft yoke is 1330 so grab an adapter ujoint from autozone at $13.

youre DS should be 1310(some are 1330 so you gotta check) and the 8.8 is a 1330. you could either buy the 1310 adapter for the 8.8 or get a 1310/1330 Ujoint.

i went the latter route because the driveline shop i went to didnt have a 1310
adapter and i didnt want to wait for what if i ordered it

The dana 35 from mid '93 and up uses the larger joints. I was a little off but was typing from a tractor.

As far as brakes, I cut down and re-flared the jeep hard lines, re-bending them to match the new axle. The vent/distribution block mounts in the axle without an issue, at least in my case. I purchased two new passenger side brake hoses with banjos bolts that connect at the ends of the jeep lines, bolted onto a bolt I welded at either end of the axle. This is my first attempt at brakes (and double-flares, sheesh). Many people just buy new, pre-flared hard lines in the lengths they need, so that's an option as well.
