"fogged" soft top windows

I have had this YJ sitting for a couple months while I swap out the engine and fuel system. Now the soft top windows have "fogged" is there a way to clean these or am I out of luck, just go buy new windows?

Pledge will hide scratches in any flexible plastic. Works great on fender flares!

The detail company I used to share a shop with used car wax on the clear plastic. Use the basic turtle wax compound. it works great!

IMO, the only thing to use is this stuff:

http://www.quadratec.com/products/91083_000.htm

You get a specially made cleaner that does not allow dirt and grit to further damage the windows when cleaning, and you get a two step polish that removes deep and fine scratches. Well worth it for $20.
