Finally drove my Jeep, it was parked for 3 years

this is my 95 YJ , i have owned it for 10years, i will eventually do a full build thread, i need to organize the pictures etc...
the basics are:
95 Wrangler
90 XJ 4.0l,AW4,NP242
4" RC Front lift,SOA rear with stock springs
H&T SYE
XJ front DS cut to fit rear (very short)
new Equus white face gauges in dash
35" Goodyear MTR's on 16 x 8 Moab wheels
ZJ rear disc brakes
Dana 30/35 4:11 ratio Rear Lincoln locked (not sure how i feel about that yet)
i would like to do a posilok front with aussie.
Flowmaster 40 series
i took it up to 60mph on my road no shimmys or pulling, so i am very happy so far...
this build was done on a EXTREME budget and i have less than $500 into the complete 4.0/lift conversion.
i have lots left to do but the main part is done.
let me know what you think.

Looking good. I think the rear SOA is interesting with the SUA front. You might be able to level it out with shorter rear shackles but it looks good either way and I'm sure it performs well on the trail. Do you have any problem with that setup?

That is a nice looking rig!

what width are those 35s? and do you have any rubbing issues using those Moab wheels? Are you running spacers?

Also, do you have shackles on the rear? It sort of looks like it in the first pic, but its hard to see it in the dark.

Thanks for posting! I love/hate posts like this....its nice to see other people's Jeeps, but it starts giving me a ton of ideas!

thanks for the input!
the MTR's are 305's which i believe to be 12.5 wide. i do have 1" lift shackles in the rear, no spacers at all, i rubbed on flex against the body but i am going to put on TJ flares to fix that.

the SOA rear/SUA front, i am torn between doing a TJ front coil spring setup or doing a SOA front so i left it with the lift as is. i havent wheeled yet lol but in my playing in the yard etc i havent had any problems, it went down the road straight and true so no complaints.... yet.

i had my fullsize spare on the back with the the mount and some tools and it sat pretty level so i hope that it will level out when loaded but otherwise i may put stock shackles back on there.

Wow I forgot I started this! Since the first drive I added anti wrap bars and rock sliders I added a front sport cage . I actually got to wheel it last summer. We went to the mounds a couple times it did well. I also drove it to work a bunch to that's a 60 mile round trip in traffic. The biggest problem I have had was the electric fan I bought threw a blade thru my new radiator so I mounted an XJ electric and a mechanical fan in their so I have the electric on a toggle if the jeep start to heat up I can manually trigger it. Here are some latest pictures

Are you still rocking the SUA/SOA setup? I'm thinking about following in your footsteps (mainly to save some money on an axle swap b/c I got a 8.8 that's already setup for SOA). Any/all advice would be welcome.

I am running the under up front and over in the rear still, it is very capable and stable on the road, i have run it on the express way at 70 without any adverse effects. The only time i have been nervous was on washboard dirt road at 35 mph it was kinda crazy but that could be mostly weak rear shocks and 36-38 psi in my tires. I run them with extra air on the road for better mileage.
flex shot
log pile behind my house lol.

i was pulling the Ford behind my jeep, it was lightly stuck and I didnt want to bury it because it had an extra 1000 lbs of firewood on the back. The frost line was about 10 inches deep the truck didnt break thru but the jeep did AFTER i had a lead foot.
