A few questions

I was hoping to get some help with these 3 questions that I have:

I have an 87 YJ 4 cylinder 5 speed. It has @ 156,000 miles on it.

1- what type/ weight of oil should I be using?
I live in NJ.

2- my YJ starts to vibrate at speeds over 55. Any suggestions or thoughts? It has 31" tires.

3- it blows a lot of oil. I changed the oil filler cap and checked the seal.

Thanks

Also, now not only is it "blowing"oil under the hood...it seems to be leaking a heavy amount of oil on the side of the block by the oil filter

Check the valve cover gasket for your oil issue.

The vibes sound like your tires are out of balance.

I would run 10-30 or 10-40 oil
