fender cutting

I dented in both my front fenders with some trees would it look good or "beasty" if i took the flares off and cut that piece that is on the end of the fender off? and will it be legal

well... i just did this on saturday. Most states it is illegal to not have tire coverage, including mine. But here, it is not enforced. You may want to check with local regulations and other wheelers to see if it is enforced in your area. Heres a link to my hack job i did. i think it turned out pretty good for a 2 hour job... this is just temporary until i get tube fenders.
