family style bar plus slant style to make a cage?
I installed a family style roll bar and have my slant style roll bar in the garage
I was thinking can I take the slant style and remove the slants and put the remainder old the bar in the front so it goes from in front of the seat , up and across the windshield frame and back down to make a cage. It looks like if you put it in faceing backwards the spreader bar holes line to the main roll bar spreader bars. I just did a quick measurement and the height of the new part would fit I have to look at it closer when i get home tonight Am I overlooking anything here?

you wont find many who think thats a good idea. just get some tubing bent up for you. you would still need some tubing bent for the front risers. the stock 2" wont fit between the dash and doors without cutting. would look funny with 2" halo and 1 3/4" risers.
