Exhaust residue (possible Causes)

I seem to be having a wet watery residue coming from the exhaust which leaves a grey residue behing once evaporated. Does anyone have any viable theories as to the cause. Please help !!!

-May God bless you all and may God bless these United States of America.

Thios is normal operation. When the exhaust heat meets the cooler pipe it causes condensation which in turn washes out some residue. There is nothing wrong with that picture. I have the same spots on my garage floor all the time. Less black soot now with new exhaust and engine rebuild. Normal no issues.
