exhaust?

well.. i want a lift kid and big tires (1.5in lift on 31's atm..) but thats to much to ask for christmiss,

so.. i want a new exhaust system. i dont want something that sounds like i have a v12 2000 hp or anything. just something thats louder than most after market exhaust systems.

kinda somthing inbetween obxhanaous and barley noticeabull.

any ideas?

Replacing random parts on hunches spurred from other vehicles and peoples experiences with them is the safest bet.

What is a lift kid? That sounds perverted to ask for one.

Get a glass pack, they are cheap and they are annoying. I would recommend against the loud exhaust, but you don't live near me so what the heck. You may piss off the people that you wheel around though.

I am fascinated by this sentence.

Yes, a glass pack is a real thing. Not McGiverd lol

A decent flowmaster or equivalent muffler will do the same thing and be more tolerable. I went to 2.5" from the header back with a 40 series muffler. Reasonable & tolerable noise when you are driving gently (distance driving with a loud glasspack is NOT fun), but one helluva racket when you plant the skinny pedal!

I recently put on new exhaust and just bought walker tail pipe $39? and a thrush welded muffler for $29 from Jegs online. I had to get some more straight pipe and adapters at the local parts store, but sounds real good. Sounds a little deep, but not too loud.

Not bat for about $90. I need the extra money to replace my cracked header.
